Cozy Kauai Cottage is located on a private 5 acre family
estate in the cool highlands above Poipu Beach. The cottage is centrally
located on the island giving you quick access Poipu Beaches 4 miles away,
shopping and dining in historic Koloa Town a mile away and the wild
Mahaluepu Coastline. The lush North Shore is an hour to the east and north
and remote beaches and spectacular vistas and hiking in Waimea Canyon and
Kokee State Park to the west and north.
Fresh fruits from the land are provided in season with my
compliments. There is a gentle stream bordering the property. Enjoy a
peaceful vacation in the country yet just minutes away from gorgeous
beaches. The
cottage was designed for the trade winds making it light and cool. Features:
fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, oversized bathtub, completely stocked
with linens, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, Kauai guide and
hiking books, cable TV, DVD, CD/iPod player, washer and dryer, free wireless
internet access (WiFi), and lots more.
As owner/manager and a life-long
Kauai resident, I'd be happy to recommend places and activities on the
island. Your phone calls or e-mails are always welcome.
Policies
Minimum stay: 3 nights. Longer stays are highly recommended
Security/damage deposit: $100.
Payment: 50% at time of booking. Balance upon arrival.
Cancellation: Deposits and payments are fully refundable if cancelled at
least 60 days prior to your planned arrival less a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 60 days may result in forfeiture of the rent. There will
be no forfeiture if I am able to re-rent to another party for the period
affected. Trip insurance is recommended.

Add Hawaii state tax (11.42%) and cleaning fee ($150 or $195). Stays longer
than 7 nights are pro-rated at the weekly rate.
If your group includes 4
people or less you can rent just the upstairs. This gives you the lower
cleaning rate. The first floor suite (3rd bedroom/bath) will be locked off
but never be rented to another party.

accepted.
